I gave 5 in all items because both JR and Alvin are the members in your time that you should treasure. Sunday evening (August 21st) I decided to go shopping for a new car. I was not sure about make or model (among Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai and Mazda). I was not in a hurry, for I had a good, reliable, cute car. I did my homework on line and started visiting dealers. Coggin Honda was the second shop…. and last - because after it I did not have to see any other dealers. JT Gunter and Alvin Santana did such a good job. They met all my expectations: being friendly and fun; showing how great Honda Civic Coupe is; working around payments to meet my budget. They made my husband and I feel welcome and appreciated. JT stayed till late that night to deliver to us the brand new shinny clean car. He patiently went all over the features (as if it were still early). On the following days they called me back, thanked and offered assistance. Now we are happy to belong to the “Coggin Honda Family”. I will refer my relatives and friends to them.
